Policies/Procedures Minimum age required for rental is 25 years or older. During the summer there is a 3-5 night minimum stay depending on the house. Memorial Day to Labor Day, our busy season, we try to keep
to a Saturday to Saturday booking schedule. Many of our homes are popular
so we suggest booking early. A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee (including tax and/or any additional fees) is required within seven days of making a reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, personal checks (if sent 45 days prior to arrival) & cash. Reservations not fully paid can be canceled only for a documented medical emergency. Payments made (other than security deposits) will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the accommodations. A $50 rebooking fee will apply. HRVR’s receipt of your prepayment and signed rental
contract will certify your agreement that each member of your party will
comply with all policies contained here. Please be courteous & considerate
of neighbors. AMENITIES: All homes provide linens, towels, pots & pans, kitchen tools & eating utensils. Homes are stocked with an initial supply of hand & dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towel & TP. Please bring your beach towels for pool or beach use. Most homes have blenders, TV, DVD/ VCR players and cable. For details on particular homes, please ask!
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & VEHICLES allowed varies by house and are strictly enforced (see details under each house listing). NO MOTORHOMES/ NO CAMPING at the rental properties. VIOLATION of any federal or state law, company policy or house rule is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. LOST & FOUND ITEMS will be held for 30 days only & are subject to a $10 retrieval and handling fee, in addition to packing & shipping costs. We cannot guarantee timely returns on items left behind. There is a $25 charge for lost keys. Please return keys to lockbox upon your departure. SMOKING: There is absolutely no smoking allowed in any of our homes. If the cleaner detects any evidence of smoking you will be charged an additional fee to deodorize the home. The majority of our homes do not have Air Conditioning. The temperature in Hood River between June & September can range from 70-100 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. Nights tend to be cooler. To keep the house comfortable, open windows at night to let the cool air in, & close blinds during the heat of the day. ROOM TAX of 9% is required for homes located in Hood River City and County in addition to the rental fee. RATES, TERMS & CONDITIONS are subject to change

PETS:
Many of our homes do allow a well-behaved pet to accompany you for an
additional charge of $100/per pet, per week ($15 per night). All pets
must be authorized on the contract before being allowed on the premises.
Please bring pet bedding & bowls, keep pets off furniture & never
leave unattended in the home. Thanks in advance for cleaning up pet poop
& for wiping wet paws!!
